Client brief:
To repair, restore and extend a dilapidated 19th Century historic farmhouse that lies within the Tickhill conservation area and convert it to a modern home.
Our solution:
We designed the new house around a courtyard, making the most of the height of the barn to create a stunning double height living room. We inserted a new stair to connect the reorganised the spaces together and a bridge across the living space to get to the guest bedroom.
